Transformational Workshops

The Transformational Workshops are residential workshop interventions that transform group capability and diverse individuals to deliver profound results.  These workshops are designed to reach individuals at the “head and heart” level.

They were piloted within the Procter & Gamble Company during a 14 year initiative; after which, Legacy Unlimited was selected as the exclusive, external supplier to deliver these premier diversity and leadership development properties.

Research has found that for every 1000 people trained, $45 million (USD) per year was realized in savings.  These savings resulted from participant’s improvements in productivity, more effective relationships with co-workers, improved retention, and risk reduction.  There were, also, some ancillary benefits found, such as:
