Thoughts for the Soul....

The Post Office That No One Hears About

Founding Partner Candi Fetzer

Ms. Candi Fetzer is CEO and Managing Partner of Legacy Unlimited, an international consulting company that focuses on leadership development, embracing diversity, and inclusion.

Ms. Fetzer has broad leadership experience in higher education administration as well as the corporate arena and non-profit organizations.  As an Academic Advisor at Ohio State University, she counseled students in various academic disciplines and was an Admissions Counselor for prospective students.  She, also, served as the Assistant to the Dean of Student Affairs at the College of Visual and Performing Arts at the University of Syracuse (NY).

For 20 years, Ms. Fetzer has served as an Executive Coach for leadership development, embracing diversity, and inclusion.  Her mastery in Leadership Development, High Performance Organizations, Management Consulting, Executive Coaching, and Spirit-Filled Leadership has benefited companies such as Procter & Gamble, Westinghouse, the United Way, and the Community Action Commission.

Ms. Fetzer, currently, is leading work to bring empowerment and inclusion to the world.  She has stated, “Legacy is a company that provides an avenue for  people who are blinded by circumstances of life to regain their focus and sight.  To those that are brokenhearted, it provides a place of peace and comfort.  It allows those that have no voice, to be heard and those who are poor in spirit, to renew their joy!”

The principles that guide her life are:

  • a person's value is not in the title of the work that they do, but in the content of their character; who they are!
  • there are no insignificant people!
  • He speaks in the stillness!

Ms. Fetzer resides in Ohio (USA) and has a rich, extended family. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and is a classical performer.  Her credits include being accepted to sing at the Metropolitan Opera and, for the past 14 years, performing with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra with the May Festival Chorus.

Her credo is:
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.
Psalms 19:14
