Ms. Denise Andrews is COO and Managing Partner of Legacy Unlimited, a global consulting company specializing in leadership development, diversity, and inclusion. She has an undying passion to make the world a better place.

Previously, Ms. Andrews served as a respected leader of change for business, globalization and diversity within the Procter & Gamble Company. Ms. Andrews has 27 years of business leadership in Manufacturing, Human Resources and Business Management.  She, also, served as a key designer and Global Leader for Procter & Gamble’s premier leadership development and diversity initiative. Through this initiative over 8000 people, from more than 103 countries, were exposed to the concepts of embracing the rich diversity of our world. This, also, led to individuals becoming more effective leaders and family members.

Ms. Andrews is an experienced strategist, master trainer, executive advisor and designer of high performance leadership.

Ms. Andrews has a partner of 21 years and a rich extended family. She was raised in Massachusetts, USA, and currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.

Ms. Andrews holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University.

Ms. Andrews is a board member for Women’s International Networking, Lausanne, Switzerland and World Cultures, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
